This Privacy Policy explains how Silo Cinema Drive-In LLC ("Silo Cinema," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit silocinemadrivein.com (the "Site"), contact us, or follow us on social media. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, send us a message through the Site's chat, email us, call us or message us on social media, we receive the information you choose to share. That can include your name, email address, phone number, the date of an event or group visit, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, our website platform and analytics tools automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, the website or ad that referred you, and your approximate location (city or region, based on your IP address). Much of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains these in detail.

Payments

We do not sell tickets or take payments on the Site. Admission and concessions are paid at the gate and concession stand. We do not collect or store payment card numbers through the Site.

How we use your information

To answer your questions and respond to requests, including group rates, private events and sponsorships.
To share showtimes, schedule changes and weather updates you ask us for.
To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
To understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can make it more useful.
To measure and improve our advertising, if we advertise online (see "Analytics and advertising" below).
To comply with the law and protect the rights, property and safety of our guests, our business and others.

Analytics and advertising

We use Wix's built-in analytics to understand Site traffic. We may also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this Site and other sites. That information may be used to measure how our ads perform and to show you Silo Cinema ads on other websites and apps (sometimes called "remarketing" or "interest-based advertising").

You can limit this in several ways:

Use the cookie banner or your browser settings to decline or delete non-essential cookies.
Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money. We share information only as needed to run the Site and our business:

Service providers who host and operate the Site and its features (Wix.com), provide email, analytics and advertising services (such as Google and Meta), and help us communicate with you. They may use the information only to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies describe.
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Silo Cinema, our guests or others.
Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to other websites and services, such as movie trailers, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and contact details as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, or as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools we use.

How we protect information

The Site is hosted by Wix.com, which uses industry-standard security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at silocinemadrivein@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as the law requires. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email we send by using the link in that email or by contacting us.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no common industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so the Site does not respond to them. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

Children's privacy

The Site is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
