These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of silocinemadrivein.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Silo Cinema Drive-In LLC ("Silo Cinema," "we," "us" or "our"), 1070 Speedway Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

Showtimes, prices and information

We work to keep movie titles, dates, gate times, start times, prices and concession information on the Site accurate and up to date. Everything on the Site can change without notice, including because of weather, film availability, equipment problems or other events outside our control. Please check the Site or our Facebook and Instagram pages before you head out. If something on the Site differs from what is posted at the gate, the information at the gate applies.

 

Admission and payment

Admission is paid at the gate when you arrive. We do not sell tickets online. Current prices are listed on our Plan Your Visit page. Cash is preferred. Cards are accepted, and a card processing fee may apply depending on the card.

 

Visiting the theater

When you visit Silo Cinema, you agree to follow our posted rules and the directions of our staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive to other guests. Guests are responsible for their vehicles, belongings, children and guests while on the property.

 

Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaks the law or violates anyone's rights;

  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with how the Site works;

  • send spam, malicious code or false information through the Site's forms or chat;

  • copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

 

Intellectual property

The Silo Cinema name, logo, photos, text and design of the Site belong to Silo Cinema Drive-In LLC or are used with permission. Movie titles, posters, artwork and trailers are the property of their studios and distributors and are shown only to identify the films we screen. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.

 

Messages and submissions

If you send us a message, review, photo or other material through the Site or social media, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to run and promote our business. We will not publish your contact details without your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

 

Third-party links

The Site links to websites and services we do not control, such as movie trailers, social media and maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

 

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Silo Cinema and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.

 

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Wilkes County, North Carolina.

 

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
